Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information; documents financial transactions by entering account information; recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. - Preparing Accounts and tax returns (tax planning). - Monitoring Spending and budgets. - Auditing and analysing financial performance. - Financial forecasting and risk analysis. - Advicing on how to reduce costs and increase profits. - Compiling and presenting financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations. - Keeping account books and systems up to date. - manage accounts and provide support for the accounting, finance and sales departments - Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations - Supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliations. - Acting as a cashier to verify receipts and deposits. - Preparing and maintaining records among other job obligations. - Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment - Performing Clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing email. - invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments. - Verifing claims and processing orders and deposit slips. - Engaging agent external auditor and agent tax.
