1. Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, manage courier packages, etc. 2. Analyze, organize and manage documentations. 3. Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records. 4. Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements. 5. Reconcile accounts in a timely manner, match work orders to invoices . 6. Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database. 7. Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies. 8. Contact customers to notify them of delinquent accounts and accept any payments made at the time of contact. 9. Arrange for money stores within the business to be delivered to the bank on a daily or weekly basis. 10. Maintain confidentiality and security of bank accounts. 11. Verify and record business transactions. 12. Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles. 13. Prepare financial reports, expense reports, revenue reports, and trial balance reports, etc for management. 14. Must be responsible and honest on financial and daily cash collection, any shortage the person in charge for the day must be responsibility (If Any).
