Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor variances.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for decision-making.
Participate in financial audits and provide documentation as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
At least 1 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
