About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Accountant

with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Tax, Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation. Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaise with external auditors and tax agents. Maintain compliance with local accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls. Support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting requirements. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in regional or global settings as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2-4 years of accounting experience

, preferably in a

BPO or multinational/global organization

. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and MS Excel. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
