Your Key Responsibilities

• Executes routine operational accounting activities, for an organizational unit assigned.
• Open and maintain accounts, statements, ledgers and process payments and invoices.
• Assign business activities, receipts and bills to accounts.
• Prepare reports from statistical and financial data.
• Support responsible Finance Accounting Management in analyzing accounting data.

Your Qualifications

• Vocationally trained in Business administration or finance and accounting subject
• 3 to 5 years

OR

• Bachelor degree in Business administration or finance and accounting subject
• 3 to 5 years

Position Data

1) Goal of position (Why was this position created?)
This position was created to support Finance Shared Service Center day to day operations in Accounts
Payable, Intercompany Accounting, General Ledger, Month End Closing, Fixed Assets for Schaeffler
Indonesia.

2) Formal prerequisites for the position (e.g. training, experience, education etc.)

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Window & Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge would be an advantage
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skill

3) Tasks (Description of main tasks)

• To check and process 3rd party and Intercompany supplier invoices on a timely basis with adherence to

SOP, business controls and country local legal requirement.

• To check and process staff claims on a timely basis with adherence to SOP, business controls and country

local legal requirement.

• To prepare and run payment for suppliers, ensure approved and paid on time.
• To create and maintain Vendor master data in SAP.
• To support intercompany Accounts Receivable posting.
• To perform daily bank data MT940 upload and ensure bank transaction are posted on time.
• To prepare and post journal & support for month end closing activities.
• To process capitalization and disposal of investment.
• To check and process GR/IR clearing.
• To support & process urgent request and task on a timely basis.
• Participate on training/project roll out activity.
