including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
in accordance with accounting standards.
Manage
invoicing, billing, and payment processing
for suppliers and customers.
Monitor
cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions
.
Assist in
budget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis
.
Ensure
timely submission of tax filings (SST, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
.
Liaise with
auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
.
Maintain proper
documentation and filing of financial records
.
Support management in any
ad-hoc financial analysis or projects
.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
.
At least
2-3 years of accounting experience
(manufacturing industry is an advantage).
Knowledge of
SST, and Malaysia tax regulations
.
Proficient in
accounting software
(e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar) and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
