• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM / A" Level / Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required Skill(s) : Documentation Skills, Positive Attitude
• Matured personality and willing to work independently in a fast track environment.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Tanggungjawab

• Perform daily accounting activities, handling full set of accounts includes AP (Trade & Non Trade), AR, GL and Bank Reconciliation
• Assist in monthly accounts closing
• Update weekly cash flow report
• Handle online banking transfer (Vendor payments, salary transfer and statutory payments)
• Prepare payment vouchers , journal vouchers (Prepayment, Accrual, Loan Interest and Adjustments)
• Handle petty cash , staff claim reimbursement
• Ensure suppliers invoices are updated and recorded in system
• Perform invoice billing for collaboration & etc
• Monitor customer & supplier aging and follow up payment
• Update monthly closing stocks value
• Update monthly suppliers costs
• Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filling to support all accounting entries
• Attend to any ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time
