-Perform accounts reconciliation and advise journal entries for ledger posting.
-Handle bonus related inquiries that raise from customer service team.
-Liaise with affiliate to ensure smooth closing of Month end activities.
-Support migration activities from Affiliate to Shared Services Center and deployment to new system.
-Work closely with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvement.
-Ensure Service Level Agreement and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met.
-Ensure a high standard of customer service is always maintained.Job Requirements: -style="margin-bottom:11.0px"-
-Candidate must possess at least a bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Accounting / Finance or relevant Professional Qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MIA / ICAEW)
-At least 1 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant experience in accounting function
-Good understanding of accounting principles, standards, financial statements and reports.
-Having experiences in system migration, knowledge in using ERP system (Oracle EBS)
-Able to work effectively as a member in multi-functional teams
-Experienced in dealing with key stakeholders
-Computer literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Proficiency in Mandarin and English with good communication and writing skills
