JOB SUMMARY
Ensures the timely recovery of payment from customers. Follows up on all accounts receivable with BUM\'s of each of the projects. Ensures that all sales are validated and documented. Has the authority to apply payments in accordance with information provided by the customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\xc2\xb7 Ensures that the customer receives all invoices on time and accurate for processing.
\xc2\xb7 Applies received payments with supporting documentation.
\xc2\xb7 Ensures that amounts paid by the customer coincide with open invoices covered in payment.
\xc2\xb7 Reviews sales weekly, assuring that prices are correct and in accordance with the PO\'s made by the customer.
\xc2\xb7 Informs supervisor of any risks in the area including past-due invoices (+90 days), sales without documentation, differences in prices.
\xc2\xb7 Makes all debits and credits for each project assigned.
\xc2\xb7 Invoices all intercompany sales.
\xc2\xb7 Leads weekly meetings to review accounts receivable.
\xc2\xb7 Registers payments from the customer in SAP, as well as other transactions such as bank reconciliations.
\xc2\xb7 Provide aging balances including notes for discrepancies, as well as have customer contact at least once a week.
\xc2\xb7 Delivers information regarding sales and accounts receivable in order to submit weekly or monthly reports to Corporate.
\xc2\xb7 Provides metrics to Business Management on Accounts Receivable.
\xc2\xb7 May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

\xc2\xb7 Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil\xe2\x80\x99s software packages.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
