Job Overview:

s:

Oversee and supervise the general accounting functions of the company. Presentation of monthly management accounts, review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of the company business, while ensuring compliance with all tax regulations Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Comply with financial policies and regulations. Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end Help with financial audit activities and the corporate financial controls audit Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Candidate must possess a professional certificate in ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA. Good accounting and taxation knowledge in auditing firm.(plantations, constructions & property development is a plus.) At least 10 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role, preferably in auditing firm, (property development / real estate management / construction industry is a plus) Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases. Information for Competitive Advantage (IFCA) accounting software knowledge is an added advantage. Ability to direct and supervise, strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization. Must be able to speak Mandarin.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
