• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial & management reporting.
• Responsible for preparation of tax analysis, all tax matters such as Corporate Income Tax, SST, Withholding tax , Deferred Tax, Transfer pricing, etc.
• Business partner for internal stakeholders
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercises.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, local tax, and government authorities, where required.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits and procedures for both statutory and internal requirements.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation, when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Preferred qualification with Accounting/Business/Economics degree
• CPA / ACCA or its equivalents
• Good working knowledge of IFRS and Malaysia Tax Laws
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A self-starter who can plan, strong analytical, organize, and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
