SUMMARY

• Managing & monitoring daily accounting functions.
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the company
• Evaluate the financial performance of the company

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and prepare monthly consolidation financial reports and analysis of the financial statement
• To prepare for the company\xe2\x80\x99s tax computation
• Manage the FX exposure, cash collection, and funding within the group
• Liaise with auditors/tax agents on statutory submission.
• Review and supervise subordinate\xe2\x80\x99s work
• To prepare to cost analysis on a monthly basis
• Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions
• To review and ensure insurance coverage is sufficient
• Conducting internal audits as and when required by management
• Any other tasks as determined by HOD/GM or top management
• To prepare a monthly consolidated financial report
• Cash flow projection
• Costing analysis
• Authority to approve payments \xe2\x80\x93 refer to payment matrix

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Recognized Professional Certificate, ACCA, Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with minimum 3 years of assistant manager/accounts supervisor working experience
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Ability to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
• Meticulous analytical and good negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
