This position will work closely with site operational team including Production, Planning, Sourcing, Procurement, Warehouse team etcDuties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

• Fixed Assets Management
• Monthly capex tracking on actual vs budget with project owner
• Capex form review
• Asset creation in SAP with policy defined depreciation useful life
• Asset Tagging
• Physical Asset audit
• Depreciation Run
• Checking of Depreciation vs useful life

• Standard Costing
• BOM & Routing review
• Review purchase price & perform cost estimates for new parts & subsequently semi-finished & Finished goods
• Update Direct Labor and Overhead Activity rates to SAP
• Cost comparison / savings
• Ad hoc request on cost estimates by Sales / Program

• E-invoicing
• Key member for implementation
• providing training on using E-invoicing software, understanding new procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• monitoring system performance and conducting periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assist on reviewing & enforce Internal Control on AR/AP/GL/Treasury/FA (based of CSA).
• To support Internal Audits and Statutory audits
• To perform any ad hoc task as assigned
