A Malaysia-based electronics solutions provider specializing in the design and manufacturing of acoustic and speaker systems for OEMs. The company offers end-to-end services including electromechanical design, plastic injection molding, woodworking, and full product assembly. With vertically integrated facilities in Johor Bahru, it supports global consumer electronics brands through efficient and high-quality contract manufacturing solutions.

• ?Plan, execute, and report on internal audit assignments covering finance, operations, and compliance.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Identify control weaknesses, propose corrective actions, and follow up on remediation.
• Review compliance with statutory laws, regulations (e.g., SST, MFRS), ISO standards, and company policies.
• Assist in external audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
• Support management in SOX, ISO, or other compliance frameworks if applicable.

?Requirements

• ?Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
• At least 25 years audit experience (internal audit or external audit in Big 4/large firm).
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
