We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. You will be a key player in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes, contributing directly to the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Process invoices, expense claims, and payments in a timely and accurate manner. Perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations. Assist with internal and external audits. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

What You Bring

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2 years of experience in an accounting role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (e.g., GAAP). Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables). Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in accounts payable/receivable, payroll, or financial administration. Familiarity with financial regulations, tax filings, and compliance reporting is a plus.
