• English and Mandarin (Write, Read & Spoken) is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
• Work alternating 5 and 5.5 days per week.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role will be preferable.

TanggungjawabAccounting :

• Conduct data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system up-to-date.
• Handle full set of accounts and all financial reporting activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of accounts.
• Handle end-to-end process of Accounts Payable/Receivable/ Credit Control.
• Prepare and manage invoices, billing, expenses and transfer payment.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage daily cash flow.
• Forecast cash flow by generating precise forecasts to facilitate effective cash management.
• Liase with auditor, tax agent, banker, company secretary, government authorities on related matters.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing including statutory submissions and payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, scan and filing in hardcopy and electronic copy.
• Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignments as and when requested by the superior and management.
