Review of monthly closing and prepare monthly management account.
Monitor and updating financial budget.
Checking of payment vouchers against supporting documents.
Checking monthly staff claims.
Reviewing all reconciliations of accounts (stock, bank, creditor, etc.).
Manage the company inventory, including checking stock journals and stock movement and performing reconciliation if necessary.
Prepare daily/weekly company cash flow.
Present the relevant documents and reports in the meetings as requested by the management from time to time.
Compile audit schedule, liaise with internal and external auditors, and review audit reports.
Compile tax schedule, liaise with tax agent and review tax computation.
Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
Ensure proper accounting records are in accordance to MFRS and ensure proper record-keeping
Any other duties may be assigned by the management, from time to time in its sole discretion, either verbally or in written instruction.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent professional certificate (ACCA, MICPA, & others)
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience and/or financial reporting experience; candidates with audit experience would be preferred.
