Our client is an IT company specializing in cloud services, offering a range of solutions, including multi-cloud management, cloud consultancy, and managed services. Established in 2017 and based in Kuala Lumpur, they primarily work with large IT resellers, government agencies, and telecom companies across Southeast Asia. Their services are structured to simplify digital transformation, particularly for businesses aiming to leverage multiple cloud providers.AccountantThe mission of this role is to provide accurate financial reports assigned before the deadline.Outcome:
- To produce financial reports in a timely
- To produce monthly expense forecast with a maximum of 15% variance.
- To enhance the finance process and reporting process, aligning with the parent company.
- Perform daily accounting tasks on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow Report
- To improve the financial process and use the ERP system for automation and approvals.
- Prepare weekly payment priorities. Work with the operation team to ensure customers are invoiced correctly
- Assist with internal and external audit requests.
- Diploma or Certification in Accounting
- Min 5 years of working experience in similar roles.
- Familiarity with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (\xe2\x80\x9cMFRS\xe2\x80\x9d)
- Experience in Public Listed Companies (PLCs) and audit firms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Odoo software experience are added advantage
