Job Description
Company Background:We are representing a leading real estate agency recognized for its property management and valuation expertise, looking for an Accountant to be based in Damansara.Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all financial matters including forecasting, budgeting, financial analyses, liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and all banking related matters
- Prepare monthly financial reporting (include full set of accounts) in a timely manner
- Handle monthly, quarterly, half year and annual closings
- Ensure timely submission and payment to statutory/regulatory bodies
- Maintain proper accounting controls
- Guide, plan, assign, and support a team of accounts staffs
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions in accounting system (Dynamic 365 and SQL Accounting)
- Monitoring and managing cash flow (include reviewing Accounts Receivable Aging and ensure payment to Accounts Payable in a timely manner)
- Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, and minimum 3 years of Audit working experience
- Proficient in written and conversational English
- Permanent employment
- Working hours : Mon - Fri (8:00AM to 5:00PM)

- Office is near to Damansara MRT station
