Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;
• Proficient in SQL and other accounting/finance software;
• Capable of handling full set of accounts, financial statements, and tax matters independently;
• Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment follow-up.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Handle general ledger entries and maintain the chart of accounts.
• Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
