Job Description

You will be deployed to our client's office weekly to manage their full monthly accounting routine -- from bookkeeping and reconciliation to payroll and reporting -- ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Record sales, purchases, expenses, claims, and payment transactions into accounting software Update and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform bank and credit card reconciliation Verify supplier statements and customer payments, follow up on outstanding balances Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions Accrue monthly adjustments such as depreciation, rental, loan interest, etc. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow summaries Assist in SST documentation / submissions (if applicable) Provide financial updates and payment schedules to management Maintain accurate filing and documentation (physical & digital)

Requirements

At least a Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping or full set accounting Proficient in Accounting systems Able to work independently on-site with strict confidentiality Good communication skills in English & Mandarin Possession of Singapore accounting certification or exposure to Singapore accounting standards is an added advantage Own transport
Working hours : Monday to Friday
Allowance : Petrol, Parking, Mobile

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
