We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Account Executive / Accounts Assistant
to manage daily accounting operations and coordinate with clients when required. The ideal candidate will handle financial tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, invoices, and payment records
Maintain and update accounting documents and ledgers
Prepare monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and financial summaries
Meet clients when necessary for documentation or clarification purposes
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and clients
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (fresh graduates may also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle client interactions
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
