Key Responsibilities

Full Set of Accounts

- Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Flow.

Financial Record-Keeping

- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Handle invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly reports and statements for management review.

Tax Compliance

- Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Liaison with Institutions

- Communicate with banks, auditors, statutory bodies, and subsidiaries.

Support Internal Processes

- Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks (required).

Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good understanding of financial compliance and documentation. Effective communication and time management skills.
