We are a professional outsourced accounting firm based in Kuala Lumpur, providing end-to-end accounting, tax, and advisory services to clients in Malaysia and Singapore across various industries.

Position Summary

We are recruiting a Senior Associate (Accounting) to manage a portfolio of clients and handle full set accounts, from bookkeeping to management reporting and year-end support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts for multiple client entities based in Malaysia and Singapore Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules for clients in both jurisdictions. Liaise directly with clients on accounting, documentation, and reconciliation matters, resolving issues or discrepancies promptly. Coordinate with tax and audit counterparts on year-end schedules, audit queries, and tax computations/filings relevant to Malaysian and Singapore regulatory frameworks. Contribute to process improvements, use of cloud tools, and standardisation of working papers and checklists across Malaysia and Singapore client portfolios.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/MICPA or equivalent) are an advantage. 5 or more years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in outsourced accounting, shared services, or professional firms servicing clients in Malaysia; candidates with less than 5 years will be considered for Junior Associate roles. Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping and full set accounts, including reconciliations and month-end closing for both MY and SG clients. Practical experience with MYOB and QuickBooks Online (QBO); familiarity with other cloud accounting systems is an advantage. Ability to read Chinese to review Chinese-language documents is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working in a technology-enabled, cloud-based environment.
