: Accounts Executive (Reporting)
Location: Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong

MNC One Stop Solution Centre for construction product goods, delivering six-sided solutions Including roofing and weatherproofing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the Monthly, and Quarterly financial close procedure. Ensuring compliance with Group Accounting Policy, and local applicable accounting standards.
• Prepares monthly accounting reconciliations, assessing next course of action required to achieve a true and fair view of financial statements.
• Ensure data accuracy in day-to-day accounting to ensure all accounting entries are properly supported, amount taken to the suitable General Ledger etc.
• Maintain and manage fixed assets register. Ensuring approval process is adhered for new CAPEX, ensuring suitable depreciation rate is applied, and ongoing assessment of fixed assets carrying value to ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies.
• Support the business in business planning, forecasting and budgeting process.
• Ensure verify Sales and Services Tax submission.
• Participate in yearend audit and tax matters.
• Analyse and prepare sales reports, provide useful insight to management on business performance.
• Responsible monthly financial statement review, and explains significant variances.
• Participates in budgetary control, analysing results against budget or prior year, and identify savings opportunities.

• A bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant accounting diploma/degree, or professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in audit or handling full sets of accounts is an added advantage.
