KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 To help perform daily accounting operation activities and function \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting activity ie Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Forecasting & Projection, Budgeting and Cash Flow & Commitment Planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparation of monthly Management Performance Report on the group for management review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform analysis in relation to Profit and Losses for Department (Business Unit) statement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are perform timely on monthly basis such as bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation and, other balance sheet schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain all other necessary controls and processes to ensure that legal and financial requirements and regulations are complied with. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with internal and external auditor, bankers, tax agent and company secretary. JOB REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA/MIA etc). \xe2\x80\xa2 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4 year(s) of experience in detailed financial analysis, interpretation, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has experience working in a shared service AP or AR function will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to meet multiple deadlines from varying sources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to interpret financial information and processes to non-financial personnel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to plan and prioritise work with time management skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate and support the business with positive attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess problem solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of SQL accounting software or ERP system will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in full set of accounts will be an added advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to work in Damansara Heights (walking distance from MRT Semantan station)
