Position: Accountant Job Highlights \xe2\x80\xa2 Fintech with highly skilled and experienced individual /team Position Overview: We are a rapidly growing merchant acquiring and payment service company seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily settlement reconciliation and accounting, as well as other financial tasks essential to our business operations. As an integral part of our team, the accountant will work closely with other departments and management to ensure the timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis. Job Objectives: \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconciling daily settlements and transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and budget reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying and analyzing financial trends and making recommendations for improvements \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing support and guidance to other departments and management \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying and managing financial risks Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Daily Settlement Reconciliation: The accountant will be responsible for reconciling daily settlements and transactions, ensuring that all data is accurate and complete. This includes verifying and recording transactions, reconciling discrepancies, and reporting any issues to management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Financial Reporting and Analysis: The accountant will assist in the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and other financial reports as required. They will also be responsible for analyzing financial trends and providing recommendations for improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compliance: The accountant will ensure that the company\'s financial records and practices are in compliance with all financial regulations and laws. This includes staying up to date on changes in laws and regulations and implementing necessary changes to financial procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Risk Management: The accountant will be responsible for identifying and managing financial risks, including recommending and implementing risk management strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support and Guidance: The accountant will provide support and guidance to other departments and management, including training and education on financial matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as assigned Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in the cards or payment service industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with accounting software and systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work well in a team environment We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a dynamic and challenging work environment.
