1. Works and Resources
- ensure accounting data/documents are processed and updated accurately and timely
- plan and schedule works to meet deadlines as planned
- monitor and follow-up works at all stages of processes (to review, if necessary )
- create or provide healthy and supportive work environment and motivation for staff growth (staff performance and discipline by planning, monitoring and appraising job results - to provide orientation, consultation, training/retraining)
- liaise with internal (other departments) and external (auditor, company secretary, tax agents, etc.)
2. Funds
- execute, monitor and report movement and requirement of fund for current needs
- analyse, plan, propose and initiate requirement/management of fund for current and future needs
- assess and advise on management on financial issues/concerns
3. Information and Reports
- ensure validity, accuracy and completeness of information received and disseminated
- submit information and reports (internal/external) as required (quality and timely)
- safekeep and retrieval of information (filing and storage)
- confidentiality of information
4. Innovation and Compliance
- ensure staff adherence to current processes, procedures, standards and policies
- evaluate and review current processes, procedures and policies
- recommend improvements to current processes, procedures and policies to the management
5. Others
- ensure safety and efficient use of company resources at all time
- implement or assist tasks assigned by the management including working together with other unit or group of people (internal or external)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
