Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
Minimum three (3) years working experience in accounting role. Preferable in a construction firm.
Computer literate in UBS Accounting Software and Autocount Accounting Software.
Ability to work independently, meticulously and with minimal supervision.
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Scopes:

Timely compilation and verification of invoices and other accounting documents or records, propose coding and ensure proper and accurate recording of account payables upon approval of accounting codes.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, propose coding and ensure proper and accurate recording of account payables upon approval of accounting codes.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions.
To prepare monthly debtors aging analysis for management review.
