Full job description :
- Maintain and oversee day to day operations of the Company\'s Finance Department (AR & AP)
- Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of financial accounts
- Collate information with relevant departments and analyze project costs, revenue and related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis and comment on variance
- Prepare reconciliation of project modules, inter-company transactions and general ledger
- Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met
- Management of cash flow and credit control
- Update of daily cash book and petty cash management
- Provide guidance, advise, and support to the Finance team (including subsidiaries) at the operational level
- Perform monthly reporting and review of Financial Statement for Management
- Submission of Quarterly GST reports
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents on financing, treasury, accounting, taxation, and insurance risk matters
