Oversee accounting and develop to maintain appropriate accounting policies and procedures, and internal controls.
Ensure appropriate internal controls aimed at ensuring accuracy, reliability, and consistency of the financial information submitted to the Head office and top management.
Develop, implement, and monitor adherence to local accounting and tax policies.
Support and educate the accounting organization on new accounting pronouncements impacting the company\'s financial statements.
Provide hands-on advisory to a local accountant in APAC branches.
Back up the local accountant when the team members are absent from work.
Make sure accurate and timely Monthly reporting submit to the Head office, by balancing between Internal requirements and service contracts signed with an external consultant.
Cross-check all the payment request emails before sending them out for final approval (CFO or Head Office).
Liaise with an external consultant and external auditor.
Prepare Yearly budget as per instructions.
Review the Annual Audit report before submitting it to the Head office.
Renew and search suitable quotation for Credit insurance, Insurance for office/employees - in yearly or ad hoc basis.
Any other project assigned by top management.

Working Experience - min 8 years of relevant work with 2 years of APAC region experience.
Graduated from University with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting, ACCA/CIMA/CPA holders are welcome to apply
Familiar with SAP or any ERP system will be an added point for this position.
Attention to detail, acting integrity, independence, and willing to accept new things.
Willing to work under pressure and a high sense of responsibility.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Points, and Outlook).
Fluent in English and Mandarin (Speaking, Writing, and Reading).
