At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage.
Fluent in Mandarin (preferred).
Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance teams
Tanggungjawab Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the head office/holding.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations including SST, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
Track inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS), and coordinate with operations team on stock movements and variances.
Implement and maintain internal control procedures and accounting policies.
Support financial analysis for pricing, promotions, and operational efficiency.
