Job Responsibilities:

Maintain company accounts, including input of entries and reconciliations; oversee the day to day operation of account department.
Prepare and analysis financial reports.
Submit reports to government organizations.
Correspondent with bankers, tax consultant, external auditors, company secretary, and suppliers.
Prepare, review and submit monthly GST report.
Issue invoices, debit & credit note to customer.
Help to prepare shipping documents including delivery orders, packing list, commercial invoice.
Manage cash flow and arrange payment.
Responsible for foreign payment and hedging.
Prepare tax estimation and company tax plan.
Involve in monthly payroll preparing and ensure a timely statutory payment i.e. EPF, SOCSO.
