Offer description

• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc
• Presenting data to director/management
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies
• Computing taxes
• Keep informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting
• Assisting director/management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Involved in liaising with bankers, auditors, company secretaries and regulatory departments

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting or relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an Accountant / Account Manager or similar role
• Good understanding and equipped with excellent skills of MS office and Accounting Software (SQL and QNE)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Discretion and trustworthiness
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team member
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
• Able to work in Miri, Sarawak (for Non-Mirian housing allowance will be provided)

• Minimum education level: Vocational
• 5 years of experience
