JOB DESCRIPTION



Responsible for handling the full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and asset management. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, and prepare monthly financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Assist in audit preparation and provide the necessary schedules. Support product costing, cost updates, and variance analysis, and monitor actual versus standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead. Prepare cost-related reports for production and management review. Assist with SST/GST/VAT submissions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Maintain proper documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.

REQUIREMENTS



Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing experience is an advantage) Strong understanding of full set accounts and costing principles Proficient in accounting software (e.g.,UBS, or similar) Good analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing and Reading)

Pay: RM100.00 - RM200.00 per day
