Job Responsibility To prepare monthly management accounts. Review and provide support for accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivables. To issue payment vouchers and preparation of cheques for invoices respectively. Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner. To perform accurate data posting for journal vouchers, payments and receipts into the accounting system. To maintain proper accounting records including bank reconciliation and documents control. To liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, government agencies, creditors and other related agencies. Adhere to financial policies, procedures and related internal control policies. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management. Job Requirements Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or part professional qualification (LCCI or equivalent). At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Computer literate (Microsoft Office). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Result-oriented, self-motivated and a team player who will be working in a challenging environment. High level of attention to detail.
