- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in spreadsheet compilation
- Self-motivated, quick learner, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Assist month-end closing, manage daily accounts operations including maintaining general ledger, periodic financial statements, and management reports
- Ensure inter-company transactions are properly recorded and perform inter-company reconciliations and confirmations with entities throughout the Group
- Responsible for Accounts Payable Section including staff reimbursement
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Assist with billing and revenue transactions, e-invoicing, ensure all are recorded properly, accurately, timely and in compliance with group policy and client requirements
- Assist with cost reconciliations
- Manage in the development and execution of ad-hoc projects
- Work closely with senior management & reporting
