• Position title: Accountant.
• Position type:Permanent;Full-time.
• Salary: RM 7000-9000.
• Location: Petaling Jaya (5-day week), Selangor.

Due to the continued construction projects come on steam, they are now seeking an experienced and suitably qualified Accounting professional to oversee the team and be responsible for the day to day Accounting activities.
Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, responsibilities in the position include:
Overseeing Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.
Preparation of monthly accounts.
Monthly inter company reconciliations, balance sheet and reporting.
Preparation of monthly project reports for management.
Cash flow management and Bank reconciliations.
Preparation of monthly BAS Returns.
Monthly cost analysis and job costing management.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will need to be a suitably qualified and experience Accountant. Previous job costing experience is useful and a background within property development and/or construction will be highly regarded although not mandatory.
In addition, applicants will need to have excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
