Job Description

Salary: MYR 6,000 - MYR 10,000 Per Month

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting, tax, and compliance policies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software; able to guide team members.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to high professional standards.

Ethnic Chinese, familiar with Malaysian tax and financial regulations.

Prior construction/project accounting experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Support the Finance Manager in specialized accounting and financial management tasks.

Ensure compliance with national fiscal and tax regulations.

Manage bank accounts and perform timely transaction reconciliation.

Set up project-based accounting ledgers for engineering and construction projects.

Handle R&D expense collection and ledger management.

Review and file vouchers monthly; organize annual account books.

Prepare project financial settlements, monthly reports, and annual financial statements.

Complete tax filings, business registration changes, and other compliance tasks.
