Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES :-

  • Knowledge in Account Payable / Account Receivable.
  • Handle daily accounting functions, preparation of payment, bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
  • Liaise with all levels within the company and outlets for problems solving related to accounting issues.
  • Ensure proper approvals, documentations and accounting treatment for purchase agreements and vendor contract.
  • Assist in year end audit and budget exercise.
  • Involve in Company\'s stock take.
  • Follow up with suppliers C/N
  • To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS :-
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting / LCCI or equivalent.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good analytical skills, attentive to details and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan,Penang,
