Job Description


Job Responsibility To assist in preparing a full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports for the company Cash flow management .Maintain and update necessary accounting & admin records such as reports, cash book, petty cash book, cheque issuance, invoices, filings and etc. Prepares special reports by studying variances, preparing budgets, and developing forecasts To assist in the preparation of annual audit and company tax compliance process for the company To handle data entry and day to day accounting functions in relations to accounts receivable, accounts payable and the general ledger; Maintain and update necessary accounting & admin records such as reports, cash book, petty cash book, cheque issuance, invoices, filings and etc. Preparing statutory accounts. Perform bank and creditors reconciliation. Job Requirements Minimum LCCI/ Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity Able to handle a full set of accounts is an added advantage Proficient with SQL accounting software knowledge Initiative, responsible and good working attitude.
