About the Company
IDW Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is an established interior design and renovation contracting company, recognized for delivering high-quality design solutions and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full sets of accounts, including financial statements, management reports, and cash flow management.
Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Oversee credit control activities and ensure timely collections.
Supervise and manage payroll processing.
Prepare monthly cash flow projections based on management forecasts.
Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, bankers, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
Assist with administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
MIA membership is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in the construction or renovation industry is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
Knowledge of MYOB and prior audit experience are advantageous.
Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented, with a flexible and adaptable work attitude.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers).
Good interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Must possess own transport.
