Job Description

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure timely bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable. Monitor company's cash position and ensure sufficient liquidity.
2. Budgeting & Financial Planning

Assist in preparing the company's annual budget and forecasting cash flow. Monitor budget variances and highlight key areas for cost control or optimization. Prepare financial analysis and reporting for management decision-making.
3. Costing & Profitability Analysis

Calculate cost of goods sold (COGS) and update product costing regularly. Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure accurate cost tracking, including direct and indirect costs. Analyze profitability per product line, channel (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Shopify), or region.
4. Export Finance Support

Assist in costing and pricing strategies for international markets. Prepare financial documentation for export transactions, including invoices, packing lists, and commercial documents. Monitor currency exchange risks and support FX planning. Liaise with banks for trade financing (LCs, export guarantees, etc.).
5. Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with taxation, SST, Zakat, and financial reporting standards. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies. Prepare and submit necessary government and statutory reports.
6. Business Support

Participate in financial modeling for business expansion or licensing plans. Support due diligence and data preparation for investors or grant proposals. Contribute to business presentations or pitch decks with accurate financial input.
7. e-Invoicing & Digital Systems

Implement and manage e-invoicing system aligned with LHDN regulations. Ensure smooth transition to digital financial tools and platforms for scalability.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
