The company\'s headquarters is located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Malaysia with the vision of expanding internationally. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant cum Admin Executive, located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the companies\' financial records, preparing financial statements, processing invoices, maintaining financial systems, and monitoring budgets. The Accountant will also be responsible for creating financial reports and analysis, as well as providing financial guidance to HYGR\'s management. Able to handle full set of accounts and timely closing of monthly accounts for the company Ensuring accuracy, handling tax matters, and addressing compliance issues. Responsible to assist and manage daily general accounting & administration tasks Handle daily accounts recording, monthly payment, bank reconciliation, data entries to the accounting system accurately Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Account Payable Responsible in monthly accounts closing and reporting Ensure accounting transactions are correctly and accurately posted in SQL Accounting system Perform administrative task Record and update employees leave record Manage office maintenance, servicing and office supplies Ensure filing is done on timely manner Requirement: Candidates must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Possess a good attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. At least 2 years of working experience in finance and accounting with experience in office administrative. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Pleasant personality with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Team player that is Result oriented and able to work independently. Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and analytical mindset Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance SQL Accounting System Experience in the personal care or FMCG industry is a plus
