Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Handle full set of financial accounts (including AR/AP/GL/Cash Book)
• Perform monthly accounts verifications & Cadency reconciliation (including banks, customers, suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 statements & others)
• Preparation of monthly BSPL variance analysis, weekly cash flow projections and forex exposure report for the management
• Prepare and submit SST/GST monthly reporting and arrange SST/GST payment
• Assist Finance Manager with annual year-end audit to ensure compliance with external audit requirements and assist to provide all relevant information for the execution of audit.
• Assist Finance Manager with tax agent to ensure compliance with tax requirements and execution of tax submission.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance and critical internal control policies and procedures
• Check and verify expenses claim submission on Concur expense reporting
• Assist Finance Manager with yearly annual operating plan and monthly rolling forecast
• Perform cost roll-up and cost update in Oracle. Verify frozen cost report every month
• To assist with weekly sales forecast, purchase price variance analysis
• To perform monthly inventory account reconciliation and goods in transit calculation
• Perform monthly close for AP/AR/GL/Inventory module in Oracle
• Assist Finance Manager in analyzing inventory obsolescence reserve & bad debt reserve review
• Support SOX and internal audit requests
• Participate in any ad-hoc assignments

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy or Finance
• 5-8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in accountancy related fields
• Knowledge of ERP accounting process and system flow, preferably with Oracle system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skill is mandatory
