-Handle full set of accounts - income statement and balance sheet

-Reconciliation of sub-ledger accounts such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset, current assets and current liabilities

-Bank reconciliation inclusive of foreign currency bank accounts

-Preparation of tax filing

-Preparation of corporate tax and audit compliance schedules

-Preparation of inventory reconciliation for stocks at warehouse

-Fixed asset reconciliation

-To perform other work, duties and responsibilities as required by the immediate superior and/or management in accordance to the organization's quality management system and environmental management system from time to time.

Job Requirements

-Minimum 3 years working experience is necessary

-Must have manufacturing experience with MNC exposure preferred

-Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage

-Knowledge of withholding tax filing

-Must be proficient with Microsoft excel advance & power point

-Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin (optional)

-Must possess own transport

-Independent and able to work with tight deadlines

-Strong accounting technical knowledge and financial analytical skills

-Willing to learn and grow with the company

-Competency in dealing with people from different backgrounds
