• Ability to handle full set of accounts and financial reporting - for Malaysia and reporting of US Listed Company
• Good knowledge of US GAAP will be added advantage
• Additional experience in the handling of company secretarial matters for internal companies
• Ability to take the lead in the financial management of Digital Assets Exchange
• Able to learn "new finance" stuff and applies the current accounting practices or Standard
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills/self-learner
• Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure
• Able to think creatively & logically, think without the box/can be \xe2\x80\x9cgroomed\xe2\x80\x9d to execute and lead in current business portfolio and/or new core business

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full suite of Finance support (including tax, treasury and accounting)
• Ensure a proper functioning control and compliance framework is in place and that risks are properly understood, reflected and managed especially in each business partner collaboration
• Work with finance team in Malaysia and Hong Kong
• Support & implement the system and business collaboration implementations and upgrades
• Lead and provide training or guidance to team members on all tasks undertaken by the dept, ensure smooth job flow and quality of works.
• Compliance to the policy and procedure on physical filing of documents/report, critical data backup, safekeeping & storing in the server.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (and notes) are completed on timely basis.
• Perform Forecast costs and revenues & prepare budgets as and when required.
• Communicate and liaise with external audit and coordination with internal party to ensure annual audits are carried smoothly (and collate audit queries)
• To liaise with local authorities and business partners for internal companies\' secretarial matters and others local authorities requirement
