Job Description


Job Requirements:

  • The minimum education level is a Diploma in Accounting
  • Experience in related field for 2 years and above
  • To provide administrative support and any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
  • Resourceful with a positive and problem-solving attitude
  • Responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCount and UBS Payroll System
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to enable effective cross-functional teamwork
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (optional)
Job Scopes:
  • Prepare, record, process and reconcile monthly payments, invoices and bank statements
  • Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filling
  • Filling of all financial files, records and relevant documents
  • Process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB/Income Tax submissions
  • Assist in liaising with external stakeholders (eg. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc)
  • Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
