Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely creation and sending of invoice to customers ensuring completeness and correctness of invoice
• Manage all collection activities for an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in maintenance of credit limit and credit terms - in collaboration with finance and sales team
• Work with internal and customer organizations to resolve any collection and dispute issues in a timely and professional manner
• Review customer account receivable balances and identifying possible issues for non-payment to reduce Overdue percentage
• Create and maintain various master record for the accounts receivable activities
• Support with resolution of audit requests within the submission timelines
• Identifying and implementing opportunities or system enhancements on AR processes such as process improvement, process simplification and process alignment
• Support and prepare various analysis reports for month end closing activities
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Qualifications

• 2-3 years of similar work experience with must have good knowledge of SAP systems
• A diploma/bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Good accounting knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Office Excel
• Good command of English - verbal & written
• Detail-oriented and organized
