LAB MED USA INCORPORATED RM3,000 Job Highlights \xc2\xb7 Able to work from home \xc2\xb7 Monday to Friday We are looking for an Accounting to join our team based in Malaysia. We are looking for the right people to do the work. Roles and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded \xc2\xb7 Update accounts receivable and issue invoices \xc2\xb7 Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations \xc2\xb7 Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines \xc2\xb7 Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned \xc2\xb7 Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed \xc2\xb7 Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports \xc2\xb7 Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings \xc2\xb7 Assist with other accounting projects Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Up to 1 year of experience in corporate accounting function (Preferred) \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizing abilities \xc2\xb7 Great attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen \xc2\xb7 Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP) \xc2\xb7 Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required Proficiency in MS Office and competency in computer software \xc2\xb7 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills \xc2\xb7 Must be dependable, able to multi-task and the ability to meet strict deadlines \xc2\xb7 Personalities of friendly, sincere, and professional are very important \xc2\xb7 Good in time management, especially punctuality \xc2\xb7 Good in productivity, especially capable to complete at least the daily chores \xc2\xb7 Able to communicate in Bilingual (Written and Verbal). \xc2\xb7 Need to work from home, possess own laptop/PC with good internet access.
